Apps Used in Client Work and Contract Delivery
Hilary Martin Projects uses the following third-party apps during the course of client work and in contract delivery. Each manages their own privacy policy in accordance with applicable laws.

Otter.AI App collects: Recording of session if explicitly consented, summary, action items, transcript. This information is sent as an email and deleted from our Otter account within 48 hours. Otter’s privacy policy is here: https://otter.ai/privacy-policy

Signal App. Signal is our preferred app for call and text contact with clients. Signal is designed to never collect or store any sensitive information. Google Workspace App collects: Documents for client’s personal/professional use and documents for company use. Hilary Martin Projects returns all documents and deletes from google drive on completion of the project. Google’s privacy policy is here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google Drive Encryption Works
- In transit: When you upload or download files, data is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
- At rest: Files stored on Google’s servers are encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256).
- Keys: Google holds the master encryption keys. This means Google can technically access your unencrypted data or hand it over if required by a legal subpoena or court order.
Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Hilary Martin Projects may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Hilary Martin Projects’s sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to our Privacy Policy.
