The Calendly booking form includes three questions:

–> Your name/email

–> How you would like to connect (zoom / google meet)

–> What are you hoping to get from our session.

What results are you going for? Writing it down brings it closer.

Booking a session includes your agreement to pay the session fee.

You are truly welcome to contact me to set up a payment plan that fits your needs.

Then you get a booking email + a Stripe payment link

Email #1: Confirmation + Payment

Calendly sends you an email with a Stripe payment link, connection details, and a calendar invite.

Please pay your invoice in advance so that we can focus the entire session time together in facilitation rather than administration!

The system will send you a reminder (Email #2).

Before our session…

Get ready!

–> Clients find it useful to book 30-60 minutes of time in their calendar after the session for solo work. Book that time with yourself now.

–> Gather blank paper and something write with, or fire up your preferred quick method for recording ideas and images.

–> At the start of the session I will ask if you have decided to opt-in to the transcript, which means the session will be recorded. Consider your consent in advance.

After that…

Personal planning (time with yourself)

If detailed action planning is one of the outcomes you want, book time with yourself after the session.

Planning is personal. Create the space you need in order to carry things forward, using your existing approach to action planning.

The same day

Email #3: Followup email + transcript

After our session I will email you a short summary.

I will add 2-3 links from my collection that may be interesting to you based on our unique solutions conversation.

If you opted in, I will include a transcript of our conversation.

This followup email will include an invitation to join my low volume newsletter.

The email includes a code for a 20 minute

I’ll include information on additional packages to consider.

After that

Email #4: Receipt + Thank You!

After your full payment is processed through Stripe, you will receive a short Thank You! email from me with your official receipt.

I will ask you three questions about your solutions-focus insights and skills. At our scheduled time, we will jump on a 20-minute call to check your direction and boost your momentum. Exciting!
